If you don’t have an instant pot, then you can make this using your stove top. Simply grab a heavy bottom pot and heat up the butter and onions on medium-high heat for around 3 minutes.
Then add the garlic, ginger, tomatoes, spices, and cashews, and continue to cook for around 2 minutes.
Add the water and bring it to a boil, reducing the heat to medium. Then, cover with a lid, and simmer for around 20 minutes. You may need to stir a few times to prevent the sauce from sticking to the bottom.
Blend the sauce until it is a smooth consistency, add the fenugreek leaves, butter, and honey, and keep heating for around 3 more minutes.
