My Instant Pot is probably my favorite kitchen gadget. It’s just so convenient. Everything is all in one pot, to reduce washing load, and your meals are ready to eat in virtually no time at all.

This lovely Asian inspired instant pot dish is a breeze to make and can be ready to eat in as little as 20 minutes – perfect for a busy weeknight!
It’s packed with healthy veg, such as green onions, carrots, bean sprouts, snow peas, zucchini, and radish.

Now, this is what I call a dish with flavor!

I just love stews – so much better than soup, there’s much more texture to enjoy.
This particular stew is absolutely loaded with healthy veg, including carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, peas, onion, corn and lentils (green or brown).
